We are unable to offer a refund on a completely custom headstone. During the headstone creating and designing process, we will design and adjust as many times as we need to make the proposed sketch EXACTLY the way you want it. After your approval and sign off, we will create the headstone to match exactly the proposed sketch. After completion of the memorial, we will send you the completed memorial. This is your time to look at the completed headstone to verify everything is correct and identical to the proposed sketch. If the memorial is not correct and you are not happy with the monument, we will have it re-sketched and engraved again. (until you are 100% happy with the headstone)
