JerMar Monuments – Our Back Story

Sunday, September 20th, 2009

It was through our own loss of our beloved family member, that we became inspired to open JerMar Monuments, a military family owned business specializing in markers, headstones, monuments, and other burial tributes.

We were surprised and outraged at the extremely high costs related to burials and decided we could serve the community as good and even better than the mass distributors currently controlling the industry.

JerMar Monuments was formed on the basis of old fashioned, family-instilled values from our grandmother.  At the heart of our business, we believe that one should treat others the way they would want to be treated.

Our commitment to high quality customer service and standard of excellence will exceed your expectations.  You can trust that your family’s best interest is at the forefront of how we conduct business.

9/11 – Eight Year Anniversary

Friday, September 11th, 2009

In honor of the men and women who lost their lives in the worst act of terrorism on American soil, JerMar Monuments has staged a moment of silence. Today, September 11, 2009 all of our worksites took a moment of silence in remembrance of this great travesty.

Half of all proceeds from monument sales made this weekend will be sent to designated 9/11 memorial funds.

Happy Labor Day!!

Friday, September 4th, 2009

With the first parade celebration dating back to the early 1800′s and the day officially being acted into law later in the century, most American workers will be spending the day off at various BBQ’s and picnics with families and friends.

Although most holidays are now regarded as “best sales of the year”, Labor Day is actually a holiday set in remembrance of the workers and their contribution to this wonderful country of ours.

We at JerMar Monuments would like to take this time to say have a happy and safe weekend!
